Openness and Acceptance
Here you have a safe, peaceful, and non-judgmental space to discover and make connections with your inner wisdom to find your path of healing.
Acceptance and Commitment
You get overwhelmed with the feelings more often than not. You don't know how to shut them down and can't get things done that make life worthwhile for you. Our goal here is to work on accepting what is out of our control and instead focusing on living rich and meaningful lives that are aligned with what matters the most to us.
Self-Compasstion
You feel stuck in your patterns and you tend to attack yourself. Maybe you think it's motivating you to move forward but it doesn't feel like it's working anymore. Building some skills in accepting yourself and giving space to the situations helps to reduce depression, anxiety, and chronic illness situations.
Mindfulness
Time seems to get away from you and you feel out of control. Maybe you don't feel connected to yourself or to the world around you. Mindfulness is an awareness of the self and of the moment. We will practice different techniques to enhance your ability to cope in stressful situations. Mindfulness helps with ADD/ADHD, anxiety, depression, chronic pain and many other issues.
